Apparently the 'allergen' rooms are lumped together (smokers and pets), and smells like an ashtray eventhough you're supposedly staying in a smoke-free room. However, you would have never known that the room was smoke-free. We stayed in a 'Courtyard' room that was smoke-free and pet friendly. However, if you are bringing a pet, you'll be staying in the 'Courtyard,' and these rooms are in desparate need of attention to cleaniness (trash, dirt, cobwebs, are in the hallways), air quality, the beds are the farthest thing from being comfortable, and the bathroom barely has enough room to open the door, in fact you can see marks on the door where it has hit the toilet. I understand the reasoning behind hotels establishing rooms that are pet friendly.
